This was hands down the best Airbnb experience I've had. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It genuinely felt like the place was designed to provide guests with the best possible experience rather than just being a commercial rental. Every appliance worked perfectly, and thoughtful amenities like an air purifier, microwave, gym, treadmill, and more made the stay even more comfortable. The self check-in process was seamless and hassle-free, there was ample parking available, and the security guard was exceptionally polite and helpful throughout. The property is located in a beautiful, quiet, and upscale neighborhood, making it the perfect place to relax. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and premium Airbnb experience. I'll definitely be coming back.

We had an absolutely restful and pleasant stay. Nitin has a beautiful place in a great location. The apartment is tastefully done up, spotlessly clean, and super spacious. He's a super thoughtful host who's anticipated his guests' every possible need, brilliantly :) and that reflects in every little nuance in the place. Helpful labels for everything, storage, lighting, furniture, shoe storage, potted plants etc. exactly where one would like them to be, kind little gestures like cold beverages, water in the room's mini fridge (apart from the well replenished fridge and shelves in the kitchen!), fantastic shower, and a lot of useful gadgets and fixtures in general. The kitchen, living room and dining were very well appointed too. This will certainly be our go-to place everytime we visit Delhi in future! Thanks again Nitin, for a wonderful stay!

EXCELLENT place! This is one the of the best Airbnbs we have been to in India — we ended up extending our stay two times. Everything in the apartment is meticulously and thoughtfully curated, very organized, well equipped kitchen and living space. The in house gym was a huge plus! The room itself is very comfortable with very clean linens, good bathroom, natural light, lots of storage space. Cleaning is also provided every day. The host was super friendly and responsive, and the area is very serene and safe. The building staff is very friendly. We were working remotely the whole time and the wifi connectivity was very good. The cellular network in the house is a bit weak so we missed some calls but that wasn't a big issue for us. Highly, highly recommend this place!

The gold standard for Airbnbs! This is the most well equipped Airbnb I've stayed in, every little detail is thought of! Nitin's place is in a quiet street in GK 2 with convenient stilt parking. Clean, homely with a very well appointed kitchen. Great for long stays as well. Thanks Nitin!

Rarely does a Airbnb exceed ones expectations from the listing, but «Nido» certainly did. And Nitin is the most reassuring host I have come across — he anticipates a guest's needs and proactively addresses them. The shared facilities cannot be faulted.

Nitin's place is just hands down fantastic! He himself is immensely kind, proactive and responsive. The accommodation has everything one needs, and them some! Truly a gem of a place! 😍
