House Rules & Important Info
A few things that help keep the stay pleasant for you and every other guest sharing the floor.
House Rules
- ID verification: please share photos of ID for all guests before check-in — Indian nationals: Aadhaar (both sides) or Driving Licence; foreign nationals: Passport + valid visa.
- No smoking inside the room or in any common area — the attached balcony/patio is all yours for that.
- No drinking in common areas inside the apartment.
- Please wash your dishes after use and help keep the kitchen clean.
- Please take extra care of our white/ivory bed and bath linen.
- Turn off the lights, AC, and geyser whenever you step out.
- Keep noise low during quiet hours (11 PM – 7 AM).
- Max 2 visitors between 11 AM – 9 PM. Anyone staying past 9 PM counts as an extra guest and is billed accordingly.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in from 1 PM, check-out before 11 AM.
- Early check-in requests will be fulfilled subject to availability. Charges: ₹400 + GST per hour. We do not facilitate late check-outs.
- Extra guest charge: ₹2,000 + GST per night.
- Housekeeping runs daily between 11 AM – 1 PM.
- Between 10 PM – 5 AM, please use Gate No. 2 to enter the block (nearest Google location: Medispa Hair Transplant Clinic).
Kitchen Use
- Wash dishes right after use so the sink stays clear for everyone.
- Eggs, milk, jam & butter in the fridge are for guest use — help yourself.
- Keep your stuff in your labeled fridge/cabinet space.
- Empty the washer & dryer once you're done.
- Before checkout, please clear out anything you've left in the fridge/cabinets.
