Cancellation and Refunds
- You can cancel for a full refund at least 3 days before the check-in date. The cut-off time for back calculation will be 1 PM (on the check-in date).
- The 1st night (per room) will be chargeable if cancelled within 3 days of the check-in date. The cut-off time for back calculation will be 1 PM (on the check-in date).
- No refund in case of same day cancellations or "No Show".
Other Terms and Conditions
- Reservation & Payment: Though we are listed on different OTAs, we encourage direct bookings to avail of the best deals. We confirm bookings when 100% pre-payment is made.
- Check-In & Check-Out: Guests can check-in anytime post 1 PM. Guests have to check out before 11 AM unless permitted late check-out, which may be subject to additional charges.
- Guest Responsibilities: Guests are expected to provide valid identification and be mindful of the house rules. Any damages caused by guests may incur charges.
- Behavior & Security: Guests are expected to behave respectfully, and the homestay reserves the right to evict disruptive guests.
- Force Majeure: The homestay may not be held responsible for unforeseen events, like natural disasters, affecting the stay.
- Changes to Terms: The homestay reserves the right to modify terms and conditions, with updates posted on their website.
By booking a room, guests typically agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. It's advisable for guests to review these policies before confirming a reservation.
